By scheduling a service with Angels Way Cleaning, you are entering into a contract that is governed by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to decline or cancel service at our discretion and at any time. Clients are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information and must notify us in advance of any special instructions or potential hazards within their home.

 
Payment Terms
All service payments must be arranged prior to the scheduled cleaning unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept multiple payment options for your convenience. Payment must be confirmed before our team arrives. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. A cancellation fee may be charged if proper notice is not given.

Limitation of Liability
Angels Way Cleaning aims to deliver a safe and professional experience. However, we are not responsible for damages resulting from normal wear and tear or unforeseen breakage. To help prevent incidents, we recommend removing fragile or valuable items from cleaning areas prior to our arrival.
